All Makorov are a chore to hold.

Haha, last place I would want to be putting finger at! Once put my finger by there on a CZ and about took it right off! This gun had no saftey, nothing, and the slide just malfunction and pinced me! lol Never do that again!

thats is a nice shooting little auto. plus fair amount of punch in a small package. considering the cost, i think they are quite the bargan. I am going to buy one when I can find one. I got a lead.... I only want a genuine eastern block model. not an feg whatever.

Mostly (for me) it is because in a defensive situation you wouldn't have time to pull the hammer back each time
