coexist..it's nobody's land none of it...and yet it is all of our land...let's just sit down and come to some kid of compromise...all people face to face...and see if we can get along without stepping on each other's culture too much...there must be some kind of balance...but as far as the land...whatever happened to freedom...

My husband and I trained in this specific version of Five Animals in Conghua with Xiang Shifu. We love it, but it is a real workout done properly. I highly recommend it. Maybe I should put up the video of us doing it in the park with the others?
