Since I perform the Squat Jerk, as opposed to the traditional Split Jerk, I must keep my legs STRONG. I essentially squat twice everytime I clean and jerk, so I prefer to do doubles in the Front Squat. Single heavy front squats don't give me the confidence that two repetitions will.

  • Now my feelings are just hurt. I just started doing these to target my quads and I prob couldn't hit that once to save my life. She's gotta be stronger than most men.
