I liked the kodak zi8 until i found out it only record mpeg4's and im on a PC so that is of no use to me. The next thing would be the flip which I think has good quality videos but is not feature rich. So at this point I think I would choose the creative Vado.

@bloodonbloodtributo, If you are a musician... I believe that the Vado HD 3rd gen is the only one of the three reviewed here that has a microphone jack. If you want to record decent sound on any camcorder... an external source is almost always neccesary. Comparing the results from internal mics is nothing more than comparing different levels of mediocrity.
