General Hospital - 1983 Susan Moore Murder Storyline Pt 54

Part 54. Robert tells Edward to take care of Lila. Robert checks up on Edward's story on the computer when Bobbie arrives to help Robert dispose of all the baby clothes and items that Holly has bought. While Robert's in the other room, Bobbie wanders into Robert's control centre, flicks a switch and watches a tape that Robert taped of Alan and Monica sitting on his couch. Edward meets Alan and Monica at the hospital where he explains that Arthur Chesler exists. Alan is concerned that Robert will find out about Tolliver if he digs into Lila's past. Edward is convinced that he will stop at Chessler. (Edward really should have listened to Alan this time.)

the old gh,the acting was great,the scenes were intense,the writing outstanding.the police were hero's,the gangsters villians.If robert were the head of the pcpd today,sonny and jason would be in prison or dead,not running port charles!

Was that the way you were suppose to handle a misscarriage back then? People harshly just told you to "let it go" and then you just pack up the baby's things and got rid of them? Yikes

Edward has always been a wily old coot. One of the few times I can't choose one actor over another is with this character. Both this one and the current Edward bring a special brilliance to the character of Edward Quartermaine.

@MartyGranius1 That is how Spencers's deal with pain. Just let it go quickly. Or try to anyway. Bobbie and Ruby both act like Holly is a Spencer. In one scene Ruby says that Holly is a Spencer. But she isn't! Holly never married Luke! Holly even said she isn't a Spencer she is a Sutten. :)

i'm not a fan of the current PCPD they seem so stupid it really ticks me off that they haven't solved one case since i can remember and it'll probably be the same thing with the "text message killer"

if only they would show Mac working this hard to solve cases. Guza has made sure that they show the police as such slackers so their favorite criminal, Jason, can swoop in and heroically solve all their cases!

Robert's house was made especially for him and the computers gadgets added to his secret agent personale, mystery and intrique I believe GH was the first soap to used computers in 1983 Gloria Monty was really thinking toward the future.
