  • These are great videos!! I've seen lots of instructional footage and non resistant demos but it's tuff to find live action footage.

  • A very nice application of the sliding hip throw, using elbow locking attempts to set it up. Shuai Chiao rocks and anyone that studies seriously will trace some of their roots to Shuai Chiao techinques. Empirical evidence show it's been around 3,000 plus years and ledgend dates it much much older.

  • actually judo looks like shaui chiao since shuai chiao is a couple thousand years older.
