This is a video I made from the end of May till now (mid june)

I'm now going to start making a video at the end of every month to show progression and to flaunt my latest acheivements on the web. Its my first video in a couple of years so I hope you like it :)

Nice one pete, some great improvements, its been ages since we trained! Just as long as you are training to prove to yourself you can do it, not others, then all is good (some bits reminded me of the old 101 video and i remember when we first met how you used to try and compete with them...)
