Hypothesis: Intelligent design
Test: which is superior human design (that has actually been designed or nature?
If nature is superior and/or mimics many design features found in nature this would suggest that nature itself was designed by someone of greater intellect than ourselves. It would also undermine the suggestion that we evolved through ad hoc random genetic mutation.

Result:
Nature is more sophisticated and efficient.

Right, so let me get this straight, the intelligent humans are taking their ideas from a process that supposedly has no intelligence whatsoever, fascinating.

No, I was well aware of the false DMCAs but I'm asking what law because people often talk about things without being specific or understanding what they are talking about. What part of the DMCA did he break? What is the section?

Also, he didn't get chased off because of that. He issued an apology. It didn't depend on him not returning to YouTube. When he stopped, it was because of abuse.
