grew a beard to cover the new chins, curtis obviously eats well in hell.

one noticeable difference in curtis's appearence, while he is depicted wearing the same clothes from the night when he was shot in 1993 (good work days), he has a full beard now, something he lacked when he was shot 2 years earlier in the storyline known as the murder of curtis brown which can now be viewed on youtube under the daysmyway channel.
