tribute to Treasure Island

Treasure Island have always meant something very special to me for serveral different reasons.
I obviusly also loved the book, and always loved the old disney film and the muppet film. but one thing that have made it so very special for, I don't ekspect any of you to know this show since it's a danish show, but Treasure Island the musical, I were in the theater and see when I was A kid, and I was stunned, I were ekspecialy ekstremly facinated of the guy who played Long john silver, I think I sold my soul to the musical world forever that day, Ever since Long john have always been my dream part, you know that one part you always will take no matter what, if it's ever going to be offered.... sigh.. I wanna be the first female Long John Silver, I could be long Johanne Silver....

Din bedste chance for a finde den er simpelt nok bare på "Skattøen." sountracked hvor alle numrende er på, det skulle ikke være sværdt at finde den på biblioteket ;)

oh god I made that over 2½ years ago.

it's incredible apreciating thinking back on that 17 year old girl who made this dreaming about musicals, and now I am the older 20 year old girl in the middle of my musical education and allready two different jobs on my CV as a prof musical actress. Life is awesome.

the song is from this really classic danish musical version of treasure island (or at least it's classic in denmark.) I doubt you can get it outside of the country...
