Thank you for answering God's call to expose the porn industry. When I caught an ex watching porn I would admonish him... sometimes badly because of how hurt I was that he was spending time with these, what I called '2 dimensional images'... but I told him to make up for his sin, he should pray for the poor people in the porn he was looking at because they are souls too. You are right that porn destroys relationships. A lot of my anger due to his porn watching was our demise.

This is a great video. Thank you so much. I have watched it over and over. Come on Shelley! I was addicted to pornography from age 13. It stole my confidence, personality, money, relationships, self esteem, and created horrible contradictions within me (as I am a christian from the age of about 4). Now, at 37 this is the time of my life! God has restored my joy. I have more energy and passion for life than ever, and I can form close relationships now. I love God, myself and my life.

@Water4Jeremiah The way I look at it, Shelly's mission here is not so much to be a religious advocate but rather to address a serious problem. Being a Christian she has chosen to use an avenue familiar to her and has had verifiable, documented success. -In a time of crisis there is no time for intellectual debates. For me I know that GOD exists, you say you're an atheist and I totally respect that. I love you and jesus does as well. The main thing you need to know about Jesus is it's all about having a personal relationship with him. Take away all the "religion" aspects of it, it boils down to having a truly loving relationship with Jesus. All he wants is for you to love him.

As an atheist this is really confusing to me. Isn't a hypocrisy to go from one lie to just promoting another lie?
I understand that pornography leads to a destructive lifestyle, but isn't believing in a god just as destructive to education and reason? Why not become a doctor or a scientist? Why did you choose to be a religious advocate instead of a secular one?
Thanks for answering. I hope I am not being too forward, but it seems to me that religion isn't an answer, it's a crutch.
