People often ask me what size kettlebell I train with. The truth is it depends on what I am doing. For this bent press I used a 48kg kettlebell. If I am doing Viking Warrior Conditioning I use a 16kg. Use the appropriate tool for the task.

  • Eric, very strong. Congratulations.

  • Ok tough guy. Now do a two hands anyhow with the beast and a 32kg.....Jk. Well done, nice control

  • Great way to throw your back out of alignment. Good luck with that.
