@eliegl151 if you look at how slow the refs hands are moving in the background you would see hes actually hitting really fast, so i think he was actually trying to stop it when it was happening

I can't really tell because the video is in slow mo... but it seems like he was taking quite a bit of time winding up those right hands. The ref could have stopped that fight much sooner!!
