Obama, MORE than likely, was not checking out her butt. It was a photo op. in front of a very large group of persons, mostly reporters, on an elevated platform. In a video of the same incident, Obama is carrying on a conversation with the woman behind him to his right. His head is turned to the right addressing the young woman behind him long before the lady in the red dress passes him. As the lady in the red dress enters into his frame of vision, it appears that Obama is checking her out.
