let the kite out until it reaches steady , stable wind and then attatch the camera directly to the line itself and let out the remainder of your string , this will make your video much more stable even if the kite is dancing wildly , it will help to stabilize your camera if you attach a tail on it as well (it will keep your camera from spinning the same way it keeps your kite from spinning) ... check out my video "kite cam at 1500 feet !" to see the results of this method and KEEP ON FLYING !!!
