Summary: Sam was poisoned by Meg.
After Dean kills her Sam doesn´t feel better.
Desperately Dean tries to find a way to save his little brother. He asks Castiel for help, but he´s not strong enough to heal Sam.
As if this were not enough for Dean, Sammy is begging the older brother to kill him.
Dean won´t give up his brother, but Sammy is feeling worse and worse. Then he passes out and his soul is going to heaven and meets his mom and dad. They want his son to stay, but Dean also fights for his brother.
And then the band of the brothers gets a new meaning.....
