i turned got graded yesterday orange to red ,from what i remember after the 3rd shoto ,when you put your hand under the elbow it should be in V shape and when you kick you shouldn't go up and down.correct me if i m wrong please.

Good kata demo. In my opinion, the hip should rotate reverse slightly (in a comparable short Zenkutsudachi) while performing uchi uke while returning through the embu, if the case may be.... OSU!

I'm an SKIF instructor, and sometimes I look at other styles doing same kata as us, and I wish some of my students could do Heian Ni-dan as good as this. Obviously there are differences, but I can admire the work in attaining this kind of profiency. Good work.
