This is a trailer for the 1967 sex farce, "A Guide for the Married Man", directed by Gene Kelly and staring Walter Matthau, Robert Morse, and Inger Stevens. Aside from being littered with good looking women, the film is probably best remembered for the classic Joey Bishop vignette "Deny, Deny, Deny," which has come to be regarded as the ultimate defense when caught cheating.
By today's standards the movie is dated, sexist, and corny. The low brow perv humor carries all the comedic value of a hubba hubba joke. Basically, young swinging sexpots wiggle their butts in tight outfits, while balding lecherous men plot sexual adventure, make off-color comments, and fiddle with drinks and twizzle sticks--eyes bulging every time a women bends over. But then, what's not to like about seeing a cloddish toupee-wearing old perv inexplicably landing the hottest babe in the room? What's not to like about watching some douche from your dad's Elks Lodge making time with the likes of a Linda Harrison or a Jayne Mansfield? It could happen!
Aside from its camp value, A Guide for the Married Man is notable for a large number of cameos by Hollywood comedians and starlets of the period, including: Lucille Ball, Jayne Mansfield, Carl Reiner, Jack Benny, Sid Caesar, Art Carney, Joey Bishop, Linda Harrison, Sue Ane Langdon, Majel Barrett, Wally Cox, Phil Silvers, and others.
Oh yeah and it opens with a bitchin little number by 60's nerd rockers, The Turtles.
I loved this movie the first time I ever saw it, and still ,love it today, many viewings later!!

The woman that Matthau chooses for his tryst is Elaine Devry, better known as Mrs. Mickey Rooney for awhile, but then, who wasn't? :)

1:34 - 1:37 Baby, you have just looked into Ed Stander's (Robert Morse) future, because near the end of the film, he didn't!

0:57 - 1:06 And would you believe that only three of those twelve people on the screen are still with us as of September 16, 2011? POLLY BERGEN = 3rd person on top row, SID CAESAR = 1st person on middle row, and CARL REINER = 2nd person on the bottom row are the three.
