This started right after the Nascar race finished on ABC, that was around 15 minutes till 7PM CST and is still going on as of 8:50 pm CST.

I'll just comment that this clip is like that ancient Sesame Street sketch where Bert and Ernie's TV goes nuts and just has an H on the screen with "H H H H H H H' and a scary noise coming out of the speaker. Ernie takes some things that start with H out of the TV and then it starts saying and showing I I I I I I. Mo trippy.
