Carne ao caldeiro con nabizas feita en cociña de leña... Quedou ben rico. Sen gas sabe mellor.

Cocemos carne de falda de tenreira con sal e un pouco de unto e cando está lista (1 - 1:30 h) engadimos as patacas quitando do lume cando están a punto. Cocemos tamén as nabizas. Troceamos a carne, presentamos todo e botamos sal gorda, unha boa aceite de oliva e pementón doce ou picante ao gusto tal como polbo á feira. Tamén podemos facer unha allada para as nabizas...
