Razia Sultan is 1983 Hindi film, written and directed by Kamal Amrohi, starring Hema Malini and Dharmendra in lead roles.
The film is based on the life of Razia Sultan (1205-1240), the first and only female Sultan of Delhi (1236-1240) and her speculated love affair with the Abyssinian slave Jamal-ud-Din Yakut.
It is most known for its music by Khayyam and two songs sung by Lata Mangeshkar.
The stills show Razia's tomb, the singer Kabban Mirza and Lata Mangeshkar.

kabban mirza saab was popular announcer in vividh bharati.in 60s and 70s.his son still works with BBC. elsewhere on net a story on last days of kabban mirza is available as published in indian express. kismat dekhiye!!! owner of such a powerful voice suffered from throat cancer and to answer questions , had to write on a piece of paper!! what a magical voice indeed !!! ! jiyo kabban saab !!! jiyo !!!
