@Sclemtak you misunderstood. Military electronics are bug-free, EMP and rad-hardened. The same goes for space-capable hardware. That process requires lots of development time. This means that their performance lags 5-7 years behind civilian ones (that's the time needed to develop more reliable versions, but in the meantime civilian cutting-edge has advanced A LOT)
That means HULC is close to the best they have.
And that most desktops have more processing power than the F-22's avionics.
But, humans can't do that with 200 pounds on their back.

How would they power this thing? To my knowledge that's a major constraint for powered exoskeletons
