Kevin's Varsity Highlights after being called up from JV. He played in the last 2 regular season varsity games and had the game winning touchdown in Desert Ridges first playoff win in school history against Chandler High School. All though he played sparingly, really only 3 games he ran for 209 yards on only 24 carries. According to Maxpreps Kevin albeit 3 games had the highest yards per carry average on the varsity team at 8.71 yards per carry. His very first varsity carry against Westwood HS went for 16 yards. In Desert Ridges first play off win in school history against Chandler he carried the ball 9 times for a 110 yards total, getting a first down or TD (1) with 8 of the 9 carries.
