And how exactly does it work? Do you keep him till he's healty? Or can you keep him as your dog when you found out that you can take the responsibility?

i'm taking care of him till hes healthy and then i help to find him a family... i could adopt him if i wanted to but im not sure if i should yet cause i have 3 jobs and school and i love to travel and im afraid i wont have enough time to spend with him but we'll see
