  • Good question, i would ask the Chevy dealer or maybe find one in a wreaking yard

  • No! A steering column would cost about 250.00 for a new one and this repair only cost you about 25 bucks.

  • @ScottysDetailing thats what you dealers all say GO FIND ONE AT A JUNK yard haven't you ever thought after several years up to 40 years IT STOPS EXISTING i have been getting this all weak cause my steering column ignition died. everything else works except my ignition 75 ranchero might i remind you... but i am fixing my own ignition system and kill switch in the dash.

  • @thirdstreettito Two of my bolts were all the way out (not in the holes) and the other two were just sitting there. I could steer but it chews up the plastic and brass parts.

I have a 91 s10 blazer 4.3 4x4 and the key cylinder keeps comming loose, because the retainer or whatever is not holdinding it in place, we this happens key turn loosely and doesnt engage or click or do anything, i will buy a new steering column if needed but really need expert advice, sorry if i didnt explain to well i can give u my numbrr to explain better, somebody help

  • once you remove the (3) t30 screws, does the wiper/high beam control come off, or do I have to dig deeper to unplug the wires for it, because I want to replace mine
