They are not in love. These two people have an unnatrual attachment. I mean, they 'fell in love' after their mother died. Patrick had a hard life, being raised in Foster Care kinda sucks. Then after finally meeting up with his Mom, she dies. And theirs only one person left that Patrick uses possibly after becoming very depressed. And Susan was like 15, she was vulnerable and young, she saw her brothers attachment as affection and didn't realize that he needed help. This isn't love.

I think they have confused their sibling love with romantic love. This girl is obviously not very happy about her situation. She's bound to her brother, has given birth to four of his children, and has had most of those taken away by the state. She is utterly damaged. The guy obviously doesn't have a moral compass to tell him that this is not the way to go. Sad...

Gosh, you guys are all being such bigoted incestphobes, bashing these two for how they were born. It's a genetic thing. Can't you see that they're consentually in love? Where is the tolerance? One day sibling marriage and adoption will be legalized everywhere, and you'll see incest pride parades, because the times are changing, and we as humans will become much more enlightened about this issue.
