The Cathedral of Trier (German: Trierer Dom) is the main Roman Catholic church in Trier, Germany. The cathedral is notable for its extremely long life span under multiple different eras in design, including the center of the main chapel being made of Roman brick laid under the direction of Saint Helen, resulting in a cathedral added on to gradually rather than rebuilt in different eras

I was on the way to visit the city today, but rain kept me away. I want to wait for nicer weather. This cathedral is awesome. I am looking forward to my visit! I, also, want to visit at St. Josefsstift.

One of my favorite churches in Trier...I could spend all day there and still not be satisfied. What a history!

Ein wunderschoenes Gebauede,genauso wie die ganze Stadt,nette,freundliche Leute,frische Luft und ein ganz schickes,wenn auch nicht ganz riesengrosses Stadion der Eintracht!Eine der schoensten Staedten in dem Bundesland RLP!
