obviously lion fans will make excuses why they ran away from 1 buffalo. preys become vulnerable when they are running but if a buffalo attacks the lion from front they stand no chance. i just adore buffalos not because of the way they look but because of thier bravery.

nice video. that buffalo was extremely aggressive. he was probably a nomad that left his herd or he was injured. they become very dangerous. he was going to take all those lions down.

Hi Nico. Thanks. A friendly and informative jeep jockey who arrived at the scene commented that because the pride had youngsters they would not risk attacking the buff. Filming was done side on, hand out the drivers window camera pointing across the windscreen, due the the sun reflections (as at the start )
