They probably didn't intend to leave her to die. They probably went back down to alert rescue teams who might have the proper equipment to rescue her safely. I'm guessing they probably tried to throw some of their food supplies to her before they left.

@1337wafflezz with all the gear you going to taking and breathing mask stuff like that. Like when you go higher you get out of breath so you have a tanks of oxygen. But if it were me I'd look at a picture REALLY slow and turn on the air to like freezing and pretend I was climbing. and then at the end of the day say I went. haha.

C'mon people. Life is not a movie. In real life you have to think about your own safety, and saving another person's life is not an easy thing to do. At least they had the decency to give her a proper burial.

@Elementer117 It's harder than you think to do it. Lifting a woman down a mountain while still supporting yourself, you need to be holding an ice ax to lift yourself up, which is tiring already. Let alone carry a woman in one hand to do it. I'd like to see you go take a woman down a mountain, its near impossible.
