  • @dan32113 i agree totally

  • it can be done. Saying it can't is not factual. yes it would be offputting but that is something that can be dealt with. On shots sure, there would prob have to be a degree of quiet, but inbetween frames, if player misses there could be noise, and a pub atmosphere is not impossible.

It is not an impossibility and should be tried in a non ranking event.

  • you can"t play snooker with loads of noise, I used to play to fairly high standard! & a few yrs back had a chat with Jimmy White about this subject. we both agreed noise is the last you need when concentrating on a shot! In Darts you are just throwing the same distance over & over. in snooker you are screwing stunning, playing inches, sometimes screwing feet, breaking packs, plants etc etc, its just to hard with lots of noise, sorry mate!

  • I have been telling people this is what we need in snooker in at least some events but sadly it is a sport being ruined by snobs

  • Does anybody know what kind of darts Barneveld was using in this match?

  • 97% Tungsten Darts by taylor's

  • do you? I think gold darts look amazing. Silver ones are cool but i love taylors darts

  • lol too right. i like the silver 1's tho.

  • are they? coll. nuthin but the best for the power lol

  • nah mate i looked on the net there 95% tungsten.
