This kitty looks just like mine.

@DieSpinner What's funny is that I have a snowshoe (mixed siamese) that looks like your Taka but with white feet. I named mine Tomo after Tomo-chan from Azomango Daioh character for being hyper and a clutz. Only found out later on that Tomo is a name of wisdom/intelligence and he's pretty smart for a cat (and for Siamese).

He thinks he's a sheep.

@DieSpinner True, genuine, full blooded Siamese cats have kinks in the end of their tails.

That is Siamese talk! Some have a very long meow like my friends had and some have a warble like Taka. All the Siamese I've known (only one I owned was called a milk point) are very vocal! Beautiful kitty!

@BarrelsPolesandJack It's a form of chattering. Taka probably sees a bug or something far away and he's trying to entice it to come closer to him. It's perfectly normal. My siamese does it all the time.

Hes signaling the cat mother ship
Awh! He's gorgeous! I have a chocolate point and he's even more vocal than him! Incidently did you name him Taka because that's Scar's real name? Sorry I'm a geek >.<
Also Oscar is always whipping his tail, it doesn't mean he's angry though. They aren't like normal cats are they? Everything about them is so unique: They really are an amazing breed :D

Scars real name was Taka?? No I named him Taka after the manga Fushigi Yuugi, the story character Tamahome makes a wish to be real and so he is born into the real world as Taka. I almost named him Tama after the cat in the story or Pocky after the Japanese candy. Taka suits him because the meaning in Japanese is Tall. Taka is a very big/lanky cat.
Aw your cat sounds cute!

He's ticked. Whenever cats whip there tail around it means they're ticked.

He may of been mad? I do not speak cat but I know this cat. Taka always moves his tail because he has a kink in it. The tail tick is something he has had since he was a kitten. Check out my other videos if you don't believe me.
In this case, I think Taka wanted a snack because that was my 'lunch' break between classes.

Sorry, but I gotta ask....is there something wrong with his vocal cords?

No. I love my cats and I would never ever injure them for pleasure show! Taka is healthy, he just has a whimpy voice. Go do some research on the Siamese and you will find that they 'sing/talk' in many different tones.
