Great job by the democrats. Proposing to give money to a group called "The Race", and another that was charged with voter fraud. Maybe they blocked the legislation because it goes to ACORN and La Raza! I live in Pennsylvania and a lot of people I know hate this guy including me. I voted for Rick Santorum.
