Well....ya know that wasted space is nice, all of the sarcasm of this video aside, when you want to park the car!!! Camden Yards and the Nassau Hub are NOT analogous. The disgusting thing is that the Islanders franchise does not need the lighthouse proj. for its NHL team to do well; however, for Wangsworld to be built, then, yes, I guess it's necessary.
