Here we look at a zombie rail shooter for the Nintendo DS.

My response to Dream On Studios CEO, Production Manager, Ben Yoris, who asks "Could you please tell me what you would expect from a sequel to Touch the Dead ?":

Well, Ben, if this is on the level, I would like to see an updated re-load system above all else. Perhaps just touching a reload icon, or maybe shortening the reload animation. I understand that timing fits in with the current reload style, but it does put some players off. What I believe would be a nice feature to add, would be maybe having zombies coming from the front and behind you at once, triggered by a "BEHIND YOU!" flashing on the bottom screen, and the user controlling whether to look forward or behind by pressing L or R or some other control scheme, preferably editable in options. I think that would add a lot to the experience of having that "heart pounding" effect. The game itself is great, I've owned it since December and still play it regularly. But every game has something that players disagree on, so I hope you didn't take my review too hard.

Please comment on what you would like in a sequel to Touch the Dead.

  • Hi, I'm Ben Yoris, head of Dream On Studio.

  • @rayman3man444 That maybe your opinion but to me.. I've seen better

  • How do I get no reload on that game?

  • how did you do the ds effect

  • best game ever for the ds

  • wow... i beat the game once, the game starts easy but then, it gets hard as hell. no ammo, more zombies and the last part of the game you have a TIME LIMIT that you barely can get past!!!! WTF.

  • This is urgent so please reply within this week. Is there like a survival mode? Where there are no missions or anything its just another mode where you have tosee how long you can survive? Please reply. Thanks.

  • looks brilliant

  • This game is so freaky. I have a rare fear called cardiophobia. Look at the top screen during gameplay, on the left side. That sparked my fear, and gave me hallucinations and hellish nightmares. I regret ever letting my friend show me this game.

  • I disagree with many of the comments for the reload system, cuz' I have no problem with it at all. After finishing the game, you get the furious mode which pretty much increases the speed of everything, including the reload time.

  • THAT GAME ORIGINAL NAME IS DEAD N FURIUS I HAVE DEAD N FURIUS AND THE SONG THE FIRST LYRICS IS DEAD N FURIUS AND TE INSTRUMENTAL START
