www.fitnessfocus.lu TriCentury is one on the best and most effective exercises I have put together for Weight Loss, Cardio fitness and Muscle Toning! It only requires 1.5 m squared of space, no special equipment, and only 5 min a day! In my opinion, is one of the best exercises in the world!
It is called TriCentry due to its composition
60 reps of Pistons
20 reps of Squat Jumps
20 sec of Spot Run
=100 total for 3 exerciese : TriCentury
Ideally, repeat 4 times, however is fairly advanced and intense. If just can do one, start with that, and work way up.
If unsure of technique, please ask a qualified Personal Trainer.
As for all excercise, please warm up prior, make sure you breathe during exercise and stop immediately if feel lightheaded or dizzy.
