The song is better than the vid, but I know how uncomfortable it was for Stewbie, so we'll cut him some slack on that one.
The tune reminds me of "Wicked Little Town" from "Hedwig and the Angry Inch": it's simple and plaintive and full of longing. A good song for when you feel all alone in the world and just need someone there with you.

wow! so beautiful. that HAD to be difficult to do...eyes open, dancing, movement, etc...without it looking spastic, holding your breath underwater. the whole simplistic, blue, underwater thing fits the feel of the song perfectly. good to see your face again...LA misses you!
