  • yo scott, i got these curves in my waist, looking real fem dude, looking at your waist its parallel, like straight down no women curves. it more in your oblique area, i dont want these curves so how would i get rid of it and make it look more masculine??

  • @Nobama1028, I think the whole point of this channel is overall fitness, NOT bodybuilding, that is only one specific avenue. Besides, this was posted for people traveling. You can't bring dumbbells and a bench with you when you travel. US Marines use this as well by the way, whose purpose is overall fitness, NOT BBing. Marines do that on their own time if they choose.

  • That's normal until you gain a measure of control and confidence. The shaking happens all the time to people just starting in weight lifting and calisthenics too if you're not used to it.

  • do you recomment training with the trx?

    because i dont want to use weights... so i do only train with my own body weight.

    My mom bought me the TRX and i love it.. is it good to continue the training?

  • scott, just want to say thank you bro for passing down your knowledge, techniques, and your workout programs, i follow most of them and I've seen a significant amount of change in my body, i hope this means alot to you, because you mean alot to all of us who are as committed to a healthier lifestyle, and I will continue passing down what I've learned from you, the scott herman legacy will live on.
