@Flametopology I don't care who he plays with and how much he plays, he still stares at his fingers which makes it hard to connect with the audience. Even though his playing was great in this video I got bored after about ten seconds because he didn't look up once. I am just giving him friendly advice. Don't take it so personal. If he doesn't need advice let him tell me that, not you. Everyone always has room to improve.

@WorldsJungleGym For whatever it's worth, Nick Sterling, has been playing guitar since he was in diapers! Not to mention, he tours the world with HIS band playing 5 or more nights a week for the past 10+ years. He's played live on-stage with some of the greatest musicians on the planet including Aerosmith, Guns N' Roses, Edward Van Halen, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson and Peter Frampton. I'm guessing you don't need to be concerned about giving him advice on how to be a better performer.
