This is me taking the first shot with my LAR Grizzly 50 BMG. I was aiming at a canyon wall about 1600 yards away. Listen closely after the shot you will hear the bullet making contact with the canyon wall. The rifle only kicks like a 12 gauge shotgun so it was not bad.

  • it looks like the recoil of a 223, u either handled it like a pro or its got a dang good muzzle break

  • @smoof60

Most 50 cal rifles REQUIRE a muzzle break...it can dislocate your shoulder if the rifle is to light and no muzzle break is preset.

but damn that guy...if he missed what he was aiming at.

Honey we gotta go...Wal Mart on the other side of town is missing thier greeter.

  • @chewy4rce ha ha great comment.

  • @smoof60 Hey it kicks like a 12 gauge, not bad really.

  • @RandomConcepts When you have 1000 acres why should I worry. If someone gets shot, then they should have not been trespassing.

  • @smoof60 what 223 are you talking about? ive had 3 different ones and all of them barely moved when they go off

  • The way a lot of Americans act. Post viedeos about it AND uploading them makes a country as a whole look bad. Not saying this video in particular is of that sort. It sure contributes for a negative factor rather than a positive one however. If you need a explaination you are not smart enough to argue with me. That not being an insult, but we can't all be 100% alike.

  • @bacalee Good point. Of course, everyone is an expert. Lol...poor swamp cooler.

  • @tsghcarlos24 No it doesnt lol. Not even close. Might want to have a look at a recoil chart some time. A 22 mag is about half the kick of a 223 and a 22-250 is about 1 1/3x the kick of a 223. A 223 with a muzzle break (why you'd even bother is beyond me) would kick right around the level of a 22 mag without one though.

  • That sure did shut the dogs up. lol

  • i just love waking up, and going on the roof to shoot my 50cal....its a great start to the day:) except where i live people usually get madd cuz i live in a residential neighborhood and they invite the cops to watch me shoot it! P.S good vid!

  • @bacalee No body would be trespassing after hearing that...

  • @tsghcarlos24 ok i fail to see where i compared it to a 22 mag, so thats irrelevant. i own a stag 223, i know how they kick, all i was trying to say is that this 50 didnt look like it kicked all that bad...idk what crawled in your ass but take it somewhere else
