hmmm...I was at this game..and most others over the years...what you describe is NOT what I ever witness...you must have us mixed up with some other team... :)

honestly i think everyone needs to get over it. rockets won. who cares about the fans, if they fans had that big of an affect on their level of play, then the game was pointless to play. seriously, get over it, we won. whining about the fans is stupid.

Sour grapes indeed! ROCKETS ARE VERY ENTHUSIASTIC, no doubt. They have the title 3X, with the VERY BEST coaches...what's not to be enthusiastic about? If you want to talk about character, ...it was the other team that seemed unsportsmanlike to me. When they made their "grand entrance" all the Rockets & fans stood & clapped for them. When Rockets came onto the court, the fans/team on the other side just sat QUIETLY. Not good sportsmanship at all.

Decent is not a negative statement, Scally. But their abilities did not make as big an impression as their fans did...
What's unsportsmanlike was rocket fans yelling and shouting to distract other teams servers, not getting out of the way to let other teams get to balls still in play, and generally being pretty rude in their interactions with others.
What's sad is we don't remember how good the team was nearly as much as how obnoxious you all were. Doesn't speak well of your witness...

rAvensBBr I will apologize if any Rockets fan upset you or your team, but if you call emthusiam and passion for what our kids do unsportsmanlike I will not apologize for that. Now lets look at your comment, Rockets = decent @ vball. Well they spent 3 day proving they were the best team in the nation so if you call that decent then that sounds kind of unsportsmanlike to me.

We arent playing tennis, this is a loud sport with fan involvment. But hey, we got the job done didnt we? :)
