Great difference between a philosopher and (a messenger) of God. Jesus was not a philosopher, the greeks loved philosophy. One can make any teaching from the bible a philophy and themselves a philosopher of the teachings. But Jesus was not like that. He came and related to Irael as their Father, Saviour, Friend, Brother and showed the way of life through suffering and laying one's life for another.
