Ok, all of you people who are talking about "full range of motions" and "touch your chest" were taught completely wrong. When you do bench press your arms should never go beyond 90 degrees. You may or may not touch your chest with the bar, that's irrelevant. What is important is that you're not going beyond 90 degrees. Going further takes focus off your chest and causes shoulder injuries. Enjoy your torn rotator cuffs.
