Warcraft Lore: Night Elf wisps kill Archimonde and save the World Tree!

At the Battle of Mount Hyjal, Archimonde finally reaches his goal and begins to destroy the World Tree. The combined might of the Night Elves, Humans and Orcs succeeded in only delaying his approach. However, that is all they needed to do to give time for the druid Malfurion to awaken the wisps to defend the homeland!

Is it just me, or in a lot of the warcaft 3 cutscenes really bad in terms of ACTIONS. Mannoroth dies in 1 hit. Archimonde gets to the world tree and...??? stands on it ??? then wisps come and before he even swats at them, he explodes.
