Paris. Forget the Eiffel Tower - this is the place to see Paris

The Montparnasse Tower in Paris is over 200 metres high (that's over 620 feet). You can go right to the top. There's a fast lift to an enclosed viewing area on the 56th floor, and you can walk up some steps and walk about on the roof itself and enjoy the panorama. From the top you look out over the rooftops of Paris, to Montmartre, and the Eiffel Tower, and down to Montparnasse railway station.

Paris is one of the most beautiful city in the world, but the height of tour montparnasse is 210 while the height at the last floor of tour eiffel is 300 (tour eiffel along with antenna has 324 meters), if you're looking to the west from the top of tour eiffel you'll gonna see the astonishing la defense and if you look to the east you'll see the planes preparing to land on charles de gaulle if the weather is clear in the outlying plan, anyway it worth to visit both

Parisians hate the Tour Montparnasse. The trick is : the Tour Montparnasse is so ugly that the best way to see Paris is from the top of that tower because you will not see it in the landscape!

Best way to see Paris for free is on the "rue Piat" , at the top of the Belleville parc

a tip for the tourists in Paris, go into one of the buildings during day and in the other after is getting dark, so you'll have the entire picture in your mind forever, sorry because i posted by mistake my message for twice
