Signing those protocols was one the biggest mistake that Sargisyan ever made. That is why we need more Armenians from Diaspora in Armenia, in parliament and in every sector. For some reason Diasporan Armenians are intimidated by those oligarchs. They have to understand that Armenia belongs to them as much as it belongs to Armenians who live there. I think diasporan Armenians should unite and go to Armenia and make huge investments to combat those oligarchs and drive out corruption.
