@garyhstorms09 not programmed, the rotator has a special gearbox to do this. It would be impossible to program since the siren motor drives both the chopper and rotator...

@97Siren Grand Idland has never had Hurricanes. The only sirens in that video are Model 2T-120s and Thunderbolt 1000Ts. Actually, the 2T heard is the one at Lincoln Elementary and the 1000Ts are at 4th St and Congdon Ave, and Knickrehm Elementary.

@JMAN123436 It's actually what it should be for this model of 2001. It's the SRNBs and 130s that are really high pitched and make this model sound too low.
