Boy, oh boy, those were the days. I miss all the kindness, freedom, love all people had for each other. An era in time that can never be replaced.

Music now bears little resemblance to this really good music. They were pure and sweet. It was a magical time. Oh, I loved them all. So lucky to have an older brother and sister who played good music for me. I might never have known.

yeah people, music and values were so real ... maybe the turning point was the internet that turned everything upside down ... back then we had to see, feel and touch ... that took a while and like cement it had a chance to cure ... nowadays things happens from a distance ... it is easier and quicker ... well like they say : easy come easy go ... people changed and the world changed ... Il let you figure to better or worse !

Katherine, did you feel the shift in the universe? Happened since your post, people are becoming aware again. If you are not in a place where you feel the love, kindness and freedom...seek it. It is there

Totally agree, Katherine. If you didn't live in the 60's, you haven't lived.

Joni is the greatest songwriter of her (and my) generation and the purity of her voice at this time was wonderful. James Taylor was also at his peak and they are great together. BTW, every male artist (and probably some females) was in love with Joni Mitchell at this time of her life. Why should they be any different from the rest of us?

Wow, never thought I would like a version better than the one with Carly ... These two blend beautifully and James comes forward in the harmony perfectly. :)
