Ancient Future opened their 30th anniversary concert at the Freight and Salveage on July 26, 2009, with this duet version of "Moonbath." This song was chosen because it was the first song recorded when Ancient Future went into Tres Virgos Studio in Mill Valley in 1978 to begin work on their first record, 'Visions of a Peaceful Planet.' This live version revisits the piece in a delicate duet featuring Matthew Montfort on scalloped fretboard guitar and Mariah Parker on santur (hammered dulcimer). This version is available in high resolution audio to subscribers to the Archive of Future Ancient Recordings: http://www.ancient-future.com/afar.html
