@Animeconsole Yes and No, Tobi has the more advanced jutsu, but Minato is the more skilled warrior and the fastest, this is established in the manga, as Minato is more skilled using his jutsu to defeat Tobi...

Because Madara is Alive Because of the Edo Tensi from Kabuto and Tobi is fighting Naruto in the same Time so Tobi is another person. I think Tobi is Izuna but thats just my theory.
