CARTOON

The episode starts off with Mario, Luigi, Princess Toadstool and Toad traveling through an icy region which Mario refers to as "The Land of Ice". Mario also indicates that this is the first episode by saying that he and Luigi had just rescued Princess from Koopa, and they were looking for a way to free her people and find a way back to Brooklyn.

Suddenly, an old, nearsighted Birdo swoops down, picks up Toad, and heads back to her home on top of a mountain. Princess begs Mario and a nervous Luigi to rescue Toad. The Birdo drives Toad crazy because she thinks he's her lost baby and gives him lots of saliva drenched kisses. The Marios and Princess, who are making their way over to the mountain, are spotted by two Flurries, who report back to Koopa. Koopa sends a squadron of Albatoss after the Marios, and one of their Bob-ombs triggers an avalanche, which traps the Marios and Princess in a cave. Mario powers up with a Fire Flower and uses it to melt the snow that's trapping them in the cave. The Flurries alert Koopa that the Marios survived the avalanche, so he plans to lead the next attack himself. The Marios then find Cheepy, the Birdo's real lost baby. As for the Birdo, she's giving Toad flying lessons, and drops him from the sky. Toad uses his hat as a parachute and lands next to the Marios. After some convincing, Toad is asked to go back to the Birdo and tell her they found her baby. At this point, Koopa sends his Flurries after the Marios. Mario fights some of them off with fireballs, but a Bob-omb blows up in his face, causing him to lose his power. Toad and the Birdo return, and throw vegetables at Koopa's minions, causing them to retreat. The Birdo invites the Marios over to her place for dinner, but their visit is cut short when they find out that dinner is live worms, and that's where the episode ends.

LIVE ACTION SKETCH

Nicole Eggert appears in the medicine cabinet and asks to have her sink fixed before she goes to a party. While the Marios are fixing her sink, she gets soaked, which is followed by several more sloppy accidents. The Marios try to apologize, but Nicole tells them that she was going to a sloppy party, where being sloppy is encouraged, so the Marios purposely cover her in cake.

  • @TimeWasterzTW Then don't watch it. I grew up with this and it's a lot better than 99% of the programming out there today. The producers actually cared about making a quality product. Look at the animation and look at what it looks like now.

  • 0:32 Wait a minute , isn't a enemy of mario?
